Lookbook: Trench Twist

Trench: Madewell // Blouse: Madewell // Denim Jacket: J. Crew // Jeans: Madewell // Purse: J. Crew // Scarf: Madewell // Shoes: DV by Dolce Vita

Brunching in the DUMBO district of Brooklyn is everything you would think it would be.  The coffee is to die for and there is no better place for people-watching. The cobblestone streets and the spectacular views make for a pretty nice backdrop (hello there, Manhattan Bridge).  Lots of layers and comfy denim seemed the way to go for a windy day in the city.

Rob was invited by GQ to stop by the Nothern Grade pop-up shop, a marketplace that features American-made goods.  It was really great to meet the people behind these brands and see just how much passion they bring into what they do.  Check out Dressed to Ill to learn more!  I did learn later that I missed Jenna Lyons by 30 mins.  I'm still a little bitter.
